The first step is an initial informal meeting with Anna, usually at the client’s property, to discuss the wish list, wants and needs. Following this, a fee proposal will be sent for the client’s approval, and once approved, we propose our design schemes, showcasing all fabrics, wallcoverings, flooring, lighting, furniture, accessories, joinery, and any other fixtures or fittings particular to the project.
Layouts will be discussed – this may be with hand drawn overlays on architects’ plans, or new CAD floor plans.
3D illustrated visuals of the spaces can be drawn up, if required, to show the new spaces and new interior schemes.
Once the client is happy with the proposed designs, all items are priced up and a detailed schedule prepared for the client’s approval.
PROCUREMENT
Anna Marczynski Design will oversee installations of joinery, bathrooms, decoration, electricals and lighting, flooring, window treatments and upholstery - everything has been procured for the project.
